Lead Times:
  • Please allow 1 week to process your order and prepare it for shipping.

  • Backyard BBQ Grills and Fire Pits: These items ship via consolidated freight carriers such as Central Freight Lines or other similar services. Please contact us with the specific item you are interested in, and we will provide a shipping quote.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the chosen freight carrier.
  • We will provide you with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any damage to the carrier and to us immediately.
Customer Pickup:
Customers are welcome to pick up their orders at our location in Laredo, Texas. Please contact us to schedule a pickup time.
