How do I use my grill as a charcoal grill?
We recommend adding ash trays to help manage the heat and protect the barrel. However, for the Pecos model, you would need two ash trays, each the same size as the one used in the firebox. This setup helps distribute the charcoal more evenly and prevents excessive direct heat from damaging the cooking chamber.
Do you sell covers for smokers?
We apologize, but we do not manufacture or sell covers for our smokers. However, several of our customers have found suitable aftermarket covers that work well.

How long is the delivery after order placement?
Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier assigned to your shipment. In most cases, orders are delivered within 7 to 15 business days after the order has been placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress all the way to delivery.
