Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the size and weight of our products, freight shipping costs on returns can exceed $800, so we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind, incorrect selection, or reasons other than those described below.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your shipment carefully at the time of delivery, before signing for it. If the item shows visible damage, please refuse the delivery and contact us right away. If damage is discovered after accepting delivery (concealed damage) or the item is defective, contact us immediately with photos, and we will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement part, or other resolution. Damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before the item has shipped. Once an order has shipped, our no-returns policy above applies.
