Insulated Gravity-Fed BBQ Smoker

So I waited 3 years to write this review. I have abused this smoker and it never quits It took me some time to figure out the best mix of wood and charcoal. Its been very reliable and consistent from fish to brisket When it dies I will but another

A little hard getting the fire started. Have to use a fan or leaf blower, but once you get it to your densities temp it burns very consistently, excellent flavor as well.

I was initially considering the Masterbuilt gravity smoker but chose the Old Country Gravity smoker due to its superior build quality. I've used it to smoke briskets, ribs, and pork butts, all with excellent results.
