I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Old Country BBQ. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into weeks of frustration, poor communication, and unacceptable customer service.
My smoker was delivered damaged on 3/19, and I sent a message regarding the damage that same night. After multiple follow ups, I was advised on 3/31 that I would be receiving a partial refund check. It is now over a month later and I still have not received my refund. Even worse, I have had to repeatedly follow up myself just to get updates, and now the company has stopped responding to me completely.
No customer should have to chase a company for weeks over an issue that should have been resolved promptly and professionally. The lack of urgency, communication, and accountability from this company has been beyond frustrating.
I expected much better customer service and support after spending a substantial amount of money with this company. Instead, I have been left dealing with delays, unanswered messages, ignored follow ups, and empty promises.
At this point, I cannot recommend Old Country BBQ based on my experience. Buyers should be aware that if there is an issue with your order, getting a resolution may be far more difficult and time consuming than it should be.
